Hey guys,

I have an i5 3570k and a sabertooth z77 board.

Its oc'ed to 4.1ghz and stable. However when i put it to 4.2ghz it is stable but hangs for about 45s on sleep resume before it starts responding again. The voltage is set to offset. Any ideas of what is going on?

What do you mean by stable? Did you run a stress test for several hours?

Then run Prime95 for longer. I got problems on Prime95 after 41 hours. I recommend a minimum of 12, preferable minimum of 24. If you get no errors from 24 hours and you're still getting this problem, run for 48 hours if you can and if it's still got no problems, I have got absolutely no idea.

The other possibility, is that you've edited the C states in the BIOS and it's causing issues.
