Current Rig with Some Upgrades. Should I Upgrade?

Here is a List of my current build on pcpartpicker. Please tell me if I should upgrade to new technology.

Note: The Nas is for weekly back ups and small storage.

Firstly, if you're doing something like gaming, yes. Also you're probably not getting all the speed out of your SSD because SATA II.

I'd upgrade to an i5-4690k and a good z97 motherboard, then a GTX 970/R9 290 or better.

What are you doing with this system?

Sig under construction.

You can if you want, depending on how much speed you want and how much you're willing to spend.
