AMD FX8350 or FX8320??? Rendering improvement over FX4100?

Hey guys so currently i run an FX4100 overclocked to 4.2ghz and i'm looking to upgrade to either the 8350 or 8320. As far as i can see the only difference is the clock speed in which case i should just get the 8320 and overclock it myself?

I'm mainly doing this upgrade to improve rendering times. Do any of you have the 8350 or 8320 and know what its like in Sony Vegas? Currently it takes me about an hour to render a 10 minute video :/. I also plan on getting a H90 for it at some point for overclocking with better temps =D

(By the way i dont want to hear "Intel is better robbie you should just switch to them" because personally i love AMD and i think they're better :D)
