What is the highest performance non-reference aftermarket cooler?

i have been looking into a windforce card from gigabyte, but have also heard good things about the EVGA ACX cooler and MSI's TwinFrozr IV, which of these (or others) has the highest performance

 

(ASUS will not be making the card i want, so they're out unfortunately.)

CPU: i7 4770k @ 4.8Ghz, MoBo: ROG Maximus VI Formula, Graphics Cards: Dual MSI 4GB@8.5GHz Nvidia GTX 770@1.3GHz , Memory: 16GB Kingston HyperX @2.4Ghz Boot Drive: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB, Storage: RAID 0: Seagate Barracuta x2 4TB, PSU: Corsair GS 800, Cooler: Corsair H100i, Case: Antec P280 Peripherals: Triple ASUS VH238H 1080p monitors (5760x1080p), Razer Mamba, Razer Black Widow Ultimate, Razer Orbweaver, Steelseries H Wireless
Laptop: ASUS G750JW: CPU: Quad-Core i7 4th Gen @3.4Ghz, Memory: 12GB memory, Storage: 1.5TB Hard Drive (1TB + 500GB), GPU: GTX 765m 2GB-GDDR5

I like the looks of the ACX cooler, but the twin frozer cooler is the coolest one under load.

Twin frozer, acx, windforce , Dcu2. Pretty much any cooler with 2-3 fans is fine.

What card are you looking for exactly?

 

and for me personally, I love the DCU2 not because of their overclocking capabilities on the 780, but the looks as well. The TwinFrozr looks pretty cool too hehe  :rolleyes:

 

the ACX looks too plain for me, but there probably is a reason why EVGA is Nvidia's number 1 partner in GPU

yeah, i am looking into the 4gb 770, and i would go for the DCU2 because it is hands down the best cooler in my experience, unfortunately ASUS isn't coming out with a 4gb 770 (which is weird) so i am looking into something else/

Zotac and Msi have the best cooled 4gb 770s right now zotac is slightly better and silent from what I've seen I get like 63 on max load and to 72 when I oc to 1280 by 1800 in crysis 3 after playing it for a long time.
