I have £7 spare and I want to spend it on something because why not, has to be on eBay.

Any suggestions?

Get some wires or something useful. A while back I bought a massive hdmi cable and aux lead, some of the best purchases I've ever made, they have come in useful more times then I can count now.

you could get a couple of F12 PWM fans for that price, or a 140mm cooler master fan.
