I upgraded to windows 10, now to get it onto an ssd

I am having trouble now though, I cannot access the hard drive.

Try this if you can see the hard drive in windows explorer. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2110455/access-files-hdd-ssd-windows-installation.html

This as well your hard drive might be formatted at all in any file type like ntfs http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2587648/access-hdd-installing-windows-ssd.html
