Hello,

first things first, I'm from Germany so excuse me for grammatical and spelling mistakes.

So, I just bought an H100i Watercoolingsolution from Corsair.

I installed it and it worked just fine. But then I heared this noise from the fans.

So I did the firmeware update that should fix that. But know the Corsair Link Software can't connect to the pump.

Also the Corsair logo on the pumpunit isn't lighting anymore.

Can anyone tell me how to fix that problem ?

Try plugging the fans directly into the PSU. Corsair Link is extremely hard to get fully functioning.

Are you using the stock H100i fans?

You might want to return it to Corsair. The LED should light on its own if it is connected to a fan header regardless of Corsair Link software. As for the fans, they're made for high performance so they can get loud. I replaced mine with SP120 Quiet Edition fans and it's still too loud for me

The fans are working because they are connectet to the pumpunit which is connectet with satapower.

using SP120 fans but I connected the OEM AF140 fans which were includet with my new Air540 and they have an klickering sound when I connect them to the H100i didn't have the problem when I connect them to my motherboard.

But why can't I controll my fans/pump after I updated the firmware ? It isn't even recognised by the windwos hardware manager.
