Posted August 3, 2013 usually you can find 7950's in that price range.. much better gpu for the price 760 will keep getting better though with driver updates and with physx and cuda and shadow play and the amazing driver support for nvidia card. I think the 760 is far superior. i5 3570 | MSI GD-65 Gaming | OCZ Vertex 60gb ssd | WD Green 1TB HDD | NZXT Phantom | TP-Link Wifi card | H100 | 5850 “I snort instant coffee because it’s easier on my nose than cocaine" Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/42398-gtx-760-best-gpu-around-200-300-bucks/#findComment-551859 Share on other sites
 Posted August 3, 2013 usually you can find 7950's in that price range.. much better gpu for the price The 7950 is about 10% faster in gaming, but keep in mind that the 760 has PhysX and CUDA, generally costs about $10 less, runs cooler, runs quieter, sucks less power, and has much fewer dropped frames.
