[Mini news] EE power bar recall-battery overheating

So it turns out nvidia isn't the only company who has had to do a product recall in the past week due to battery overheating issues.
EE, the UK mobile network, who recently gave away 2600mAh battery bars to customers, is issuing a recall on all bars with the code E1-06 due to a small number overheating an catching fire.
Personally I have 2 of these with the E1-06 code that need to be returned, which is annoying as I've used them both on a DofE expedition and nothing happened, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I wanted to get one but I already have a 10000mAh powerbank. Also that green colour is too tacky for me.

The green ain't as vivid as it appears, it's rather dull if you ask me, but I'd have much preferred a more understated colour such as grey.

Oh, and they will cancel the "leasing" of the power bar if you return one with a defect, which is a bit cheeky if you ask me

The green ain't as vivid as it appears, it's rather dull if you ask me, but I'd have much preferred a more understated colour such as grey.

Oh, and they will cancel the "leasing" of the power bar if you return one with a defect, which is a bit cheeky if you ask me
