Windows 10 start menu tiles locked?

It had some weird problem with Gyazo.

I just goofed around with Gyazo's GIF tool and suddenly the problem disappeared.'

No idea what happened.

Hey,

 

Did I accidentally and somehow lock my start menu's tiles?

I can right-click and re-size them and also remove and add them by right-clicking but I am not able to re-order them by dragging like I had yesterday.

 

Only things I have done is that I fought a lot with Nvidia's drivers and finally got them installed by stopping some Nvidia's processes that were going on. I think this does not have any effect on this.
