Hit the memOK button and let it cycle through RAM settings.  If it still doesn't boot, try moving around the memory to different slots, and try booting with one module at a time.  You likely have a bad memory module.

Hello, i just got myself a new gpu and cpu cooler, after booting my pc up for the first time i see a red dram led lights up and after a minute the pc restarts, repeat, does anyone know how to fix this?

Go into BIOS and see what is wrong. Hit the direct key button on your mobo and it should take you to the bios.
