corsair sp 120 airflow edition good for cooling?

is the corsair sp 120 quiet  edition good for cooling?  i have a corsair h100 for cooling the cpu.  should i put this as an intake or an exhaust? if you have used it, how have you?

sp 120`s are relatively mid range fans (they are quite loud) , if you have a choice and dont mind the questionable colour scheme i would sugest noctua fans, in addition airflow fans are not the best for rads.
As far as it being an intake or an exhaust that depends on the case set up (try not to have too large an imbalance between intake and exhaust).
