Food Wars! Shokugeki no Souma

Synopsis

Yukihira Souma's dream is to become a full-time chef in his father's restaurant and surpass his father's culinary skill. But just as Yukihira graduates from middle school, his father, Yukihira Jouichirou, closes down the restaurant to cook in Europe. Although downtrodden, Souma's fighting spirit is rekindled by a challenge from Jouichirou which is to survive in an elite culinary school where only 10% of the students graduate. Can Souma survive?

Food Wars is a great anime thus far.

 

It's impossible for me not to get hungry while watching it. Eating while watching it is a must.

I'm also wondering how it's going to end. It's meant to have 24 episodes, but it's on episode 17 now and they've gone into something that feels like filler episodes. Unless they're planning on making it multiple-series. Wouldn't mind that though, it's been good so far. 

 

I kind of want a new long series to start up (like, Naruto and Bleach type long).

I dont really expect it to ever be fixed. It is really only a problem for very few people so they have no need to fix it and they probably dont even know its a problem. I think an email list may be the best way to not have to deal with the broken tag system.

Gonna have to skip this week. Hard drive died shortly after upgrading to Windows 10... I suspect the fact that when I shut down, hard drives stops and then start spinning back up for no reason for 10 seconds or so... Lost all of my backlog of anime too, such a pain.
