most of the good ones are pretty big. I'd go h80i if you don't want a massive one

You have to get a big cooler in order for it to run cool and quiet, buy a H80i.

Xigmatek dark knight night hawk. I own one, its amazing. If you want to make it super silent, throw on a NF-F12.

Its cheap and preforms better than a CM Hyper 212 evo.

I would suggest getting a 212 Evo and switching the Stock fan with a high quality fan like Noctua's NF-F12.

CPU: Intel core i5 3570 Motherboard: Gigabyte-H77-DS3H Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB  GPU: MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB  PSU: Seasonic G Series 550W

The H80i will be a good choice for your cpu cooler. If you want a cheaper liquid cooler, the Zalman LQ310 would be a good choice. A good budget air cooler would be the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo.
