Water Cooling My Router

If I were to liquid cool my router, would there be a drastic increase in performance? I just felt my modem and it's so damn hot, wondering if that has to affect performance.

I highly doubt it will do anything.

 

And if anything just get a container, fill it with mineral oil, put a few fans or something in it to help circulate the oil, and pop the router in.

Actually if you use custom firmware called dd-wrt. And if your router is compatible with it, you can infact overclock it, so you can get more performance out of it that is where liquid cooling can actually help.
