Gaming rig or gaming laptop?

AdrianPCGamer117

Hi guys, I am choosing between a gaming laptop and a gaming rig under the price of a £1000 (around 1100US$) and I want to play GTA v at pretty good settings at around 60fps. I don't mind about the the gaming rig not being portable. Thanks, Adrian.

Get a gaming rig! Plenty of room to upgrade in the future.

If you dont care about it being portable, then get a desktop, more power and graphics for you money

A laptop is ONLY for people who prioritize portability over power

If you want to play games on the go, a gaming laptop. If you want the best performance that can be upgraded later and not that much heat output, gaming rig.

"Gaming laptop" is an oxymoron for me even in this price range.
