[Sakura] Pink and White Phanteks Evolv mATX build

I am working with my good friend Lavins over at hexagonpc.com to bring you an up close look at our uniquely fabulous build.  

Hopefully this build will provide you with an "offensively pink" look at custom cabling and PC building process. 

This build will feature white cable connectors, custom cables and wiring, custom vinyl graphics and a custom acrylic back-plate.

Updates will be posted here as the build progresses.  The final build will be on display at Quake-Con for those who want to see it in person when complete. 

 

   

 

CPU: Intel Core i7-4930k 

CPU Cooler: Cryorig H5 

Motherboard: Asus x79 RAMPAGE IV GENE Micro ATX board

Memory: Avexir Core Series White LED 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-2400MHz

Video Cards: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti  SC ACX 2.0,

                       EVGA GTX 750ti for additional monitors and PHYSX with custom single slot passive cooling 

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv MATX Case (White)

Power Supply: Corsair RM650

Storage: 2x 1TB Crucial BX100 SSDs, 480GB Intel SSD, 2TB WD Black

[9/2/15]  PC has returned from QuakeCon!  System is now %95 complete, might look into some case lighting.  Havent had a chance to take any glamour photos it yet so Phone pics will have to do for now.

Maybe keeping to the theme get like a Cherry Blossom Decal. Imo Cherry Blossoms are pretty.

Honestly an H440 in White/Black with the black accents painted the a lighter shade of pink (shame the cables aren't a lighter shade of pink either) and with like an  (i7 5820K) MSI X99 Krait Edition (the accents don't need to be painted.) GPU is fine but maybe an EVGA SC+ ACX2.0+ 980 Ti would be nice. Of course those could be later add ins, oh and maybe an EVGA G2 or GS 750 watt PSU (or Seasonic X850).

Otherwise looking good.

I'd love to put new hardware in it but I think its best that I wait for the next enthusiast platform and the next round of GPUs,  Because honestly none of the new cards are very tempting.  My last build was SLI GTX Titan Blacks, but those have since been moved to my workstation so if I need the power I have access to it.  Its not really a great time to be buying another $6000 rig imo.    Once the next Enthusiast platform and cards come out you can expect a balls to the wall build.   This is really just a visual refresh.

@Hubris this looks super cool! Personally, I would paint the stickers on the psu pink and maybe the mb pink too but Idk. I think that the red mb might look good though with the pink though.

Also do you have a Fed-3 rangefinder like in your profile pic?

@nicon My hope is the board will look okay since most of the red will be hidden, currently thinking of ways to cover the empty red slots and things like that.   We were planning to use some custom vinyl on the PSU to make it match.   

 

And yes that is a Fed-3 RF.  I think I shot that with either my M9 or 70D
