Monitor for 21.5 inch iMac

I need a second display for my iMac that is at the same level or higher with adjustability worst case scenario using a desk mount, also a 21-22 inch would be nice around £100/$150 Thanks.

Ive got this model except in the 23.6" model, would recommend it to anyone ^_^

Although it is TN, so people will probably give me shit for that alone...
