Best gpu for $300 to $350

Hello world i was building a new pc and i have a budget for around $1,000 and i wanted to stream on it and play games i need the best performing graphics card for that and while you're at it also the cpu i was thinking the intel core i5 4690k any way i just need some help!!

For around 330$ you can get a gtx 970
