For overkill this is very unbalanced. You will need a higher end processor, and you could have saved money with a lower psu...

Personally, 2x 980tis, since with DirectX12 soon VRAM will be combined. A 850w PSU would be more then plenty. 2tb HDD and a 500gb SSD would,of been better. 16gbs of ram is more then enough. After all this the i7-4790k would prevent ALL possible bottlenecks with 2x980tis. And why corsair fans? I agree this is quite unbalanced.

Odd that you went with two Titan X cards but stuck with the 1150 socket and not 2011, why choose the 4690k and not even the 4790k?

I bought the titan's before the 980ti was released, also I fixed my typo.

The cpu is from a build I made earlier when I only had a 780. I will most likely upgrade my cpu and mobo when intel releases their next big processer.

sweet, that makes it a bit better. Still why 32gbs of ram and such a high end PSU? Hope you have fun with the build

32gb of ram just because I could and might pick up a third titan X in the future for 3 way sli so I need room for expansion for possible project upgrades in the future.

looks great!, as said before, the 980TI would be a better option, but as you said, you bought the titan X already, have fun!

I wouldn't go no more then 2-way SLI, It can get unstable after that point.

This is actually really nice, i like the red, black and white colours, nice selection of components, very clean and yeah i would stick to sli, don't even think of 3 way sli as 2 graphics cards with this cpu will be a nice match and run smooth.

got to love Asus components

I thought it looked pretty messy to be honest. Thanks for the compliment!

Is the tubing EK matte black (3/8 ID, 5/8 OD) ? It looks very nice. Also... those backplates are freaking amazing.
