Everyone seems to think the entire series is a rebrand, just because the 390 is. HERP DERP ALL REBRANDS when in reality there are like 3 ;)

R7 360 = R7 260x rebrand

R7 370 = R9 270x rebrand

R9 380 = R9 285 rebrand

R9 390 = R9 290 rebrand

R9 390x = R9 290x rebrand

No. Hes talking about frame rate limiting. Very different to vsync. Its been in radeonpro and a decent amount of software for a while.

The feature mode is that it idles when not rendering, not just vsync
