Help me pick parts for my First Build! $750

I need help with finding parts for a build. This is my first time so I don't want to get the wrong parts. This is a Gaming Build and I want to get the best performance per dollar.

Requirements:

1) Must be less than or equal to $750 USD (~$935 Canadian )

2) Cost must Include Operating System (preferably Windows 8)

3) No SSDs

4) No hardware modding (like Linus does sometimes)

5) List must be on http://pcpartpicker.com

Thank you in advance!

P.S.

I don't care whether it is Intel/Nvidia or AMD as long as I get the best performance per dollar.

OP said he didn't want an SSD m9.

And there are no SSDs there. I realized he said "no SSDs" and not "SSDs only."

And before you jump down my throat for using Hitachi drives, they're fine drives. Hitachi have been a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Digital for years.

Hitachi makes really good drives.

Also are you sure you need 600W for that 960?

It definitely isn't necessary for the GTX 960, but it's a fair deal and will allow for good future expansion so why not.

As for the Hitachi thing, they really do. The problem though is people are stuck in the late 90s and want to think they can only make bad drives.

Can't go any further without sacrificing main components.

Was surprized by lack of H97 mobos from other vendors. As @lolbry9 said, you can save quite a lot of money by getting your Windows key from G2A or other place like that.
