Hello Guys

I am new in this forum. I wanted to join long time ago, but really the time and pressure makes it hard for me to do. But hey, I did that now anyway!


I would love to share my knowledge and experience here as Product Developer and Designer, Electronics Engineer, Researcher and Teacher in Product Design. You are welcome to check out my profile for more information about me and my work.

 

1- I will write in a post my thoughts about some notes from Linus in this video and explain about how and why

2- I will offer an idea to the team of LTT of a different shape of computer to try and will also help with tips and tricks to make it happen. I believe, it would offer the maybe best space usage and best noise situation and still make it a nice art in any room. Stay tuned.

Hello everybody. I'm Sev, a developer for several projects including Snap the Sentinel, Sonic Robo Blast 2, and SRB2Kart. I have been watching Linus Tech Tips and his associated channels since around 2015. When I'm not helping with development by composing music and maintaining backend stuff, I'm composing for fun, emulating my old Nintendo DS games, and casually editing videos. I will probably spend most of my time here lurking, but I thought it was about time I made an account here, since I will eventually want to talk tech with fellow enthusiasts. I look forward to a pleasant and enlightening experience on the forums. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go marvel at those M.2 SSD scarves.

LTT videos awoke in me a dormant love for PCs and PC gaming late last year. Bought my all-new pride-and-joy (her name is Dorothy...) two days ago, and I thought I'd join this forum to mark that.

Hi All, John here (not Scott)! I've been a long time LTT channel subscriber, finally I decided to join the LTT forum. I usually don't hang around forums much, but I was watching the "What Happens if you Water Cool an Air Cooler?" video and that gave me a great water cooling idea for a LTT video, it's funny enough that should peak Linus curiosity. Is there a forum section for video suggestions?

Hi all,

 

UK based recovering tech nerd here!

Been a LTT fan for about 6 months now and love the videos. Thought I would join here and collect more info and perhaps share some of my limited wisdom!

I work in IT but not as a techie although I love technology and very keen to learn more. I'm a casual gamer who has recently got back into in and have got 2 machines set up now. One at mine and one at hers.

 

Looking forward to leaning and taking part in discussions.

Thanks for the welcome - Been nosing around and there's some real good info on here. Hard to find forums that speak in Layman's terms. I'm not a complete technophobe but certainly no expert either. A lot of the places I have looked are clearly copying and pasting advice!

Hey hey folks! Built my first real PC last year only knowing "Linus is that guy that drops stuff".

I'd always wanted to build one myself for games ever since I bought a new GPU to run Oblivion on HIGH back on my Dell desktop, but fast forward a decade or so and now I'm really excited about learning more about how they actually work since building mine. Been completely hooked on the channel since then, and the community sounded really nice, so here I am.

Having PC troubles has somehow doubled down my fascination and interest in hardware/software, which is why I originally signed up for the forums recently. I really hope I can learn even more just putting about on here seeing what you're all up to, or planning.
