Need a video card bad

Hey all

in my PC right now i have:

Asus maximus 4 HERO MB

16 GB of gskill ripjaw

750 watt PSU

Geforce gtx 750ti from asus

and a intel 4790k

 

I feel i have low balled my PC with a poor GPU choice and am looking for a replacement looking to spend $400-500 just seeing whats out there

If not budget get yourself a 980Ti

what resolution will you be playing on?

The most important thing in most scenarios is budget.

 

If money is no issue, get two titan z graphics cards.

Without budget I would say something like 4 way SLI Titan X. Knowing the budget is knowing the best choice for you.

1080p/high settings: 280x/960

1080p/ultra: 290x/970

1440p/medium 280x

1440p/high 290x/970

1440p/ultra 295x2 (as long as you have a 1000w+ PSU)/980/ti

4k/medium-low 290x/970

4k medium-high 980/290x crossfire/295x2

4k high 980ti/295x2

970 is the best budget value choice.

980 is the best optimal balanced choice.

980ti is the most future-proof choice.
