Well, actually street view doesn't always give the precise location, I streetviewed my own home and it showed like 3 houses down.

 

The street view is from 2012, the area around the office tour was still under construction, so it was likely a new development.

You're right, that area did have a big transition. Since then, there's been a Porsche Dealership built nearby.
