weird Dxtory problems please help me out

Also, why are you using DXTory? 
I have found that software to be poop.
Even the AMD Gaming evolved app does a better job at recording.

Software is not poop, just the codec is. :)

So my final conclusion is that it is a glitch with linux cause windows work just fine.

I really dont know what you can do about linux, i personally dont use linux for anything else than backtrack but for gaming and recording they might have issues and bugs.

What are you planning on doing

Let me know  

i dont use linux either and backtrack is outdated but anyways im planing on recording a video for youtube

If you want to use Dxtory, use this

 

If not, you should try OBS, but use this version (Which I use)

Find some settings for recording, and there you go

 

There are other solutions too.  Afterburner comes with a screen recorder which can use lagarith lossless codec if you configure it.  Mirillis action is also a good software, but you will have to buy it.  Lastly of course, AMD gaming evolved app, which sucks, or at least that's what I think.
