Can I get banned?

Hi,

 

I recently did a trade on Steam, which included a GTA V key for a Vulcan.

 

I sent the user the GTA V key, then he sent me the Vulcan. He claims the key doesn't work and is threating to get me banned... can I get banned for this?

Maybe, I would not ban you though. Not thier problem. It is you and the other guys.

No, obviously no. Valve takes no responsibility in trades outside of steam trade features.

He's probably trying to scam you.

If they are not doing it according Steam rules then they can't help. So yes this is probably correct.

He's trying to scam you, don't even worry about, the only way you could get banned would be if he has like 100 friends to report you, but as is that will happen.

Its when dragons have so much sex that the cpu cant handle it

Scam. Check his friends and his account to see if there is anything 'dodgy'. As long as you knew it would work then he is trying to scam you.

If it's through steam has he now got GTA?

If he is genuine then gutted lol.

If it didn't work and he is genuine then couldn't you submit a ticket to steam or wherever u got it asking for a new cd key? I assume there is probably a key generator that works by now - assuming he is telling the truth?
