Which PSU can handle/Support my Build

Build:

i7 4690k or i7 4770k

Asus Z97-A Motherboard

GTX 970 or GTX 980

8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws 4x2

You won't need anywhere close to either of those ratings, but if you can acquire one for a great deal then by all means...

With exception of high overclock and allowance of another video card in the future. More doesn't hurt.

IMO, if the OP were doing that then I would think (or hope) they would mention it.

You won't need a 1600w PSU no matter what you throw at that build though. Max I'd recommend is about 850

Trust me, spend a little bit more for the PSU now, and you'll be thankful when it doesn't ruin the more expensive bits.
