I think amd is gonna end up doing the flop and breaking its face within the next few years.

I just hope they at least survive long enough for 4 or 5 years of driver support for my current GPU. I mean I did my part, can't do much more at this point.

Lets hope it doesn't happen because otherwise we will be left with a monopoly in the graphic card and nvidia can put up there prices and there would be nothing we could do about.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I think it will go up but not by a huge margin.

I don't know if it is still this but a while ago by steam surveys they figured out that most people use entry level computers and under 5-10% or something use high end pcs.

I've seen places where the 290x has been up to 15-20 bucks cheaper.
