Would you rather have

-A good card with enjoyable gameplay on some games 

-A mediocre card with fan speed at 90-95% while gaming Tomb Raider with temps at 80 degrees (noise is worse than a reference) and shittiest customer support ever

Well the choice of Powercolor was definitely a blunder, I'm not recommending PowerColor anymore because of your experience with them.

 

As for your buyer's remorse, remember that it can always be tweaked and we can help you with that. Like when I tell you to undervolt (or even better, buy a custom cooler for that bitch. Even the Arctic Accelero Mono Plus which retails for $25-$30 will give you great cooling on the card. Maybe even enough to push clocks and voltages.

I am getting a used aio now, goes around 40-50cad

I kinda wanna overclock it too lol

As far as undervolting goes just too lazy anf not sure if it would help a lot

Yeah definitely try to hit 2600 in Valley once you have your AIO :D

 

And grab some of those cheap small heatsinks from ebay for your memory and VRMs. Then point a fan at them.

I really like having a good laptop that I can trust, I can now be portable while using my computer. This is great!

(I really hate sitting in one spot and doing not much)

Not sure what kind of 1440p monitor to get. I want a 1440p 27" 60Hz though a higher refresh rate would be fine and under $400 up to $500. Though less than that would be ideal.

Check dell s2416dg. It's a 24inched though bit oc to 165hz 1440p w gsync soz can't tyle

First things first is a new GPU. From an MSI GTX 770 4GB to an MSI GTX 1080 8GB.
