It isn't down for me.

A lot of streams died simultaneously but they were back up like seconds after the thread was created. Still reports of extreme latency and many sreams down still

 

EDIT: To clarify, the actual website twitch.tv is not down, just all the streams inside are.

It's not denoted as in the CoC, and technically it still relates to the thread, nor did I say anything else to poise it as rude. Unless I get a warning for it (which I haven't in the past), then it's not.

 

No "lmgtfy" style posts or demeaning posts targeted at anyone.

My post wasn't demeaning and didn't have negative connotation; simply noted that twitch is indeed not down.
