Looks good, but the mobo is good for black and blue style of PC build. Idk what color scheme you will pick but make sure your parts align especially the mobo :D

iam only going white because its more of a natural light

Looks good. Just had a quick question as to why you choose 7950. Why not a 7970 since they are so cheap now?

That build looks good but there are two things that slightly bug me.

First, I'm guessing you picked the Fractal Define R4 because it's quiet. If you didn't, disregard the following but if you did, then isn't strapping an H100i onto it a bit counterproductive? I mean, it fits well in the case but you need to open up the two moduvents on top of the case, which means a lot more sound will leak out of the case and you add to that the two fairly noisy fans on the H100i and poof, there goes your quiet system.

Secondly, if I was you, I'd try to save up for a 240gb SSD, you'll most probably run out of space pretty quickly if you don't. I know you want to keep this build as cheap as possible but managing files between your SSD and HDD can be an annoyance for some.

Also, could we have further details on the screen? We can't tell you if it's good or not if we don't know the exact model.
(Btw, the response time isn't really an important factor to consider when purchasing a monitor. In fact it's really hard to tell if a monitor is good or not just by looking at the specs. I have a Dell U2412m and even though it has an 8ms response time, it looks smoother when playing games compared to my friend's 5ms cheaper panel.)

My corsair fans are quiet.

Oh lovely. That monitor is awesome. And great choice on the case. It's still one of the best out there for general purpose :)
