Black Ops 2 Mouse Lag!

Hi Guys my BO2 has been lagging for a long time now but i have fund why its lag its becouse of the mouse when i try to use a Xbox 360 controller it those not lag but when i try to use a optical mouse it doesn't lag eder only on laser mouse its lag any one can help!

What kind of mouse is it? It just might have a bit of input lag due to quality.
