I thank everyone in the advance for reading/helping me, so i somehow get like 40-50FPS rather than 100FPS like i got before with my 590. due to that my 590 died i upgraded to 780 and now i think my CPU bottelnecks it and i think about Upgrading, i'm Gaming and video editing. I was thinking to Upgrading to an I7 4770K but i don't think it wil be as good as my CPU that i have now for Rendering. sooo my other Option would be a i7 3930K or but i like the Z87 Motherboards way more. So Whic Platform should i upgrade and Whic components. Motherboard Price should not be over 380Sfr. and CPU 500Sfr. and Ram 200Sfr.

LGA 2011:

CPU: I7 3930K

Ram: Patriot Viper 3 DDR3 1600Mhz (Black one)

Motherboard. ASUS P9X79 Deluxe

LGA 1150:
CPU: I7 4770K

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X

Motherboard: MSI Z87A-GD65 Gaming

My own Specs at the Moment of writing this:
CPU: Intel Core i7 990X @ 3.8Ghz

Motherboard: ASUS P6T WS Proffesional

Ram: Patriot Viper Memory 2000Mhz

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14

PSU: Corsair AX1200i (yeye i know it's waaaay too overkill)

Case: Aerocool Xpredator (Looking for an upgrade maybe NZXT Switch 810, Fractal design ARC XL, Corsair Carbide Air 540)

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB

Graphicscard: EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX

What CPU do you have also go with Z87 platform because tis fine for gaming and will be cheaper. X79 isn't made for gaming its more like a workstation/server platform but it works just fine for gaming except its higher price tag.

Ive listed CPU and i want to do Editing too and i don't know if Z87 wil perform better than my CPU that i have now for Editing/Rendering

I HIGHLY doubt your 990x is bottlenecking your 780. Can you show us some benchmarks? I think your best upgrade would simply be another 780, if your mobo can handle SLI.

Where did you list your current CPU? Also I have a 3570K and its just fine for rendering so if anything the 4670/4770 should be better.

Yes i can, from Whic game? At Crysis 3 i get an Boost from 20FPS compared to my old 590 and on Bf3 i sometimes have Framedrops up to 40FPS and then it stays there. But if i Run Prime95 and my CPU is at 100% Load and i run something like Heaven Benchmark i get 10FPS and if i stop Prime95 it goes up to 40-60FPS

Dayum, 590 that dies... couldn't you just send it back to the shop and ask for a replacement? Also that CPU should not bottleneck you in any way.

My 590 died 6Months ago and it was already out of Production so i got money back and bought a 780

Also I have a 3570K and its just fine for rendering so if anything the 4670/4770 should be better.

But i mean wil the I7 4770K render as fast as my I7 990X wil or wil it be Slower/faster?

Try testing BF3 and Crysis 3, tell us the settings and resolution. You can do it really easily with fraps if you have it.

They are pretty similar in terms of performance, still he definitely should NOT have a bottleneck on the CPU.
