With monitors you really get what you pay for. Personally I have an Asus PB278Q and love it beyond anything. Then again, it was $550. Check ebay for a used monitor, assuming that doesn't bother you, and save yourself the premium for buying it new.

CPU: i5 4670k • Cooler: Corsair H100i • Motherboard: MSI Z87 MPOWER • RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 2x 8GB • Storage: Samsung 840 250GB SSD, 2x WD Red 3TB • GPU: EVGA GTX 780 3GB • PSU: Corsair RM750W • Case: Corsair 750D • Mouse: Razer Naga 2012 (I actually use the thing for productivity/media buttons) • Keyboard: Ducky Shine 3 w/ Browns - Green LED • Monitor: Asus PB278Q 27" 2560 x 1440, ASUS PB238Q 23" 1920x1080 • Lighting: 2m NZXT Sleeved Blue LED Strip • pcpartpicker.com/p/3cHfZ

Monoprice CrystalPro. It's a variant of one of the Korean IPS monitors with the cinema display LG panels, but you get a domestic seller with a warranty. I got mine for just over $400 with tax, and wouldn't hesitate getting another one if I needed another monitor. Although, rustikles is right about the ProArts. Those things are beastly, and don't have the quirks of the "korean displays".

yep go Korean off eaby (Corossover). If you want actual model let me know. Otherwise there is the Monoprice one or the one from Micro Center.
