About 12 hours and no coin, getting close to 400kH/s, ran at 100% overnight. My 8350 is failing me! Lol, but in reality, I'm calling it poor luck :P @xKiljoy09, could you link your video?

100% = 340-350kH/s

Few hours last night got me one.

Nothing 2nite (3 hours in)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I let mine run at 96% for a whole night and only got 3.9 then checked on it after I saw how many I had and I got 3.9 more. Very unpredictable but fun non the less.

About 12 hours and no coin, getting close to 400kH/s, ran at 100% overnight. My 8350 is failing me! Lol, but in reality, I'm calling it poor luck :P @xKiljoy09, could you link your video?

A dev wrote this config. I guess the username and pass are just for safety and/or for later purpose eg pool mining. It doesn't ask me to log in or so when i start the miner. The IP is your local IPv4 Address eg. 127.0.0.1.

Thought you'd fare better with a 4770K, expected 375kH/s from the i7 as opposed to the i5's 350kH/s, because HT may squeeze a tad more, guess not.

My i5 being 4.15Ghz at the moment... getting 350kH/s myself.

Get Intel's XTU utility for free off of their website, then at the bottom of the program, adjust the multipliers to something higher, yet stable. I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you have an aftermarket cooler of some sort though. Since you're at 4.1, the multipliers should be at 41. I would suggest trying at 43, which would give you 4.3GHz, which is what I'm running at and I was getting about 380kH/s.

Personally, I have a few computers at my school running it and a remote desktop utility so I can send it home. I also turned off their auto refresh. I also have my home desktop(when I'm not using it of course) OC'd at 4.20GHz so that was most of my coin profit right there. And I've been mining since launch and I have over 50 coins now. Its a pretty sweet idea they had over at Ziftr, I'm liking it a lot.

Right First You need to go to https://ziftr.suprnova.cc/index.phpand create an Account and a Worker

 

    To create a Worker you need to navigate to the 'My Account' Tab and click on 'My Workers', From there you can add a new worker

 

Then Go to the Help page and download the CPU Miner - (Windows Binary) - https://ziftr.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=gettingstarted

 

Then once you have downloaded that, you need to create a .Bat file in the folder which contains the CPU-Miner (Call the .Bat File 'RunMe'

 

You then need to edit the .Bat file and insert this onto the first line.

 

minerd.exe -a ziftr -o http://ziftr.suprnova.cc:9991-u YourAccountUser.Workername -p WorkerPassword

 

    Where it says 'YourAccountUser.Workername' you would change this to whatever you have them as in your account for example    -   'StevesAccount.StevesWorker' and then the password would be the password you have set for the worker 

 

Then once you have done that you can just run the .Bat file that you created and then it should start mining ZiftrCoins

Although It doesn't get the command line to crash imediately, I still can't get mine to work properly, because I get "HTTP request failed" and "json_rpc_call failed" errors.

Hmmm, Maybe try taking off the .exe from the line, I had to change the line so it had .exe because in my windows I have it so it shows the file extensions
