My NVIDIA Shield had cost me $299, a few weeks later they dropped to $199 and I sold it for an R9 270X and $25.

My i7 4770k has held up in terms of price and so has pretty much everything else, but my 1st R9 280X DCII Top cost me £245 and my 2nd cost me £205 almost a year later, and my pc is just over a year old.
