Can I run dual Sli with asus P8Z77-V LK

I was wondering if I could run dual SLI on P8Z77-V LK, there are 2 PCIe x16 slots but on the Asus site it says

 2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8) *

under Expansion Slots.

Will it run at it`s maximum potential?

Using 2 GTX 660 ti`s

Also will a Corsair GS 700 PSU be enough to handle Dual SLI.

Thanks!

yes that motherboard is fine for SLI....you don't need 2x16 lanes even with titans.
