Samsung Laptop Keyboard

Hey guys I'm trying to diagnose an issue for a friend's laptop which seems to be doing some strange things, their keyboard keeps spazzing out every so often with theses keys pressing by themselves shift, F1, F3, F6, F9, 4, 7 and left arrow and won't stop until you mash one of those keys repeatedly. I've opened the laptop to check if anything was spilled and if any of the keys are stuck but everything looks good, I cleaned the inside, and remove and reinstalled the ribbon cable for the keyboard to the motherboard thinking it may be a bad connection but no dice. If anyone has any idea of what may be the issue or if they may know a solution I'd appreciate it
