Hello community!

Today i want to start my new project
white99
and share the progress with you.

What to expect:
Because I like the outside of this case as it is most of the customization is going to happen inside the case.
I'm going to post updates every few days including my current work and photos.
If you have any questions or ideas please comment and i'll answer you.

I'll be using some parts of my old system but
i'm upgrading to x99 so most parts are new.

Hardware:
MB: Asus X99-Pro
CPU: Intel i7-5820k
GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970
RAM: Corsair LPX 4x4GB 2133MHz
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power E8 680w

The idea:

I love the white and clean look of the Asus Motherboard so i'm going to make everything black/white.

I'll make a clean looking loop with solid tubing with white pastel coolant.

All the tubing comes from the top of the case and then goes straight down to  the cpu and gpu,

I will show you some pics when the tubing arrives.

Here is all what i got so far, excluding HDDs, Soundcards and some other parts.

X5wKAEC.jpg

CPU and GPU are going to be liquid cooled and since
I'm using my Mo-ra 3 there won't be any radiators inside the case.

Love this case, but there are plenty of pictures of it so this one should be enough for the beginning.

The first package arrived today including the Mobo, RAM and CPU

The Asus X99-PRO comes with a lot of extra stuff like an additional M.2 port and a wifi antenna

The chipset cooler looks really nice

Also does the big white cover.

Intel i7-5820k, can't wait to build it in

Hope this one will be more stable when overclocking than my 2500k was..

gqLZBxd.jpg

The Corsair LPX 4x4GB 2133MHz kit should be enough for the beginning,

once the ddr4 price drops i may get some Dominator with higher speed

LsonZTL.jpg

although the heatspreader of the LPX looks nice, too

Put it into to case to see how it fits.

I hope you like what you see so far.

Now i have to wait for the water cooling parts.

Cheers,

Matteo

love the h440, wanted to get this one too but i changed my mind.

your build looks great!

It's your first build log but you have EK sponsorship? I find that odd.

I just showed them what i can offer and they liked it, now i will make the best out of it :)

@JustCase

I made some photos of my waterblock and they wanted me to make more. But of course it's not guaranteed that this will work for others too since EK is my only sponsor atm. I'm still trying to get more but it's not easy :)

They posted one of my photos some weeks ago on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EKWaterBlocks/photos/a.279856092068429.76142.182927101761329/794250277295672/?type=1&source=46&refid=17
