Looking for a great 1080p IPS display

Hey guys, I'm looking for a great 1080p IPS display using as my main display. At the moment I'm currently owning a Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD, but since I own a GTX 970, I wanna enjoy the colors of an IPS display. Price range: 200-300€.
