Nice! Fellow Core X71 owner!

It needs a second radiator in the bottom part though. But I guess you plan on expanding your loop in the future?

Yes, it will have a thicker rad than a PE, also a 360, this will be added when I will put in a 1080ti (or Volta) with a Phanteks Glacier Block. Also at that time I will install a taller rad and will move to hardline.

P.S. This case is a really nice case to build in - and it had the front 5.25 bays for my fan controller

It costs...quite a bit. There's about $5K between just the two CPU's and ECC sticks. But this replaces an AWS instance so it basically pays for itself in less than a year. That's why I love having my own hardware.

I’m not too paticularly proud of this loop as I kinda rushed it so I can oc my cpu, but it looks ok. I have Ryzen 7 1700, d5 pump with koolance top and res, acrylic mount for the pump that I made (wasn’t gonna spend 20 bucks on mounting brackets), 560 ti, Asrock x370 sli/ac , xspc 240mm rad, and thats about it. I was worried about the mayhems pastel white bc of Jayztwocents, but I actually do enjoy the look a lot. Wish I could’ve bought the new primochill vue, but the mayhems was significantly cheaper at 13 bucks.

Yes it is. I've never built in a Phanteks case, and this was rather meh. I liked the open air design and the RGB compatibility, but the pump mount is under the HDD cages, so they are useless if you are using a 3.5" drive. I had to drill out the holes myself for the pump/res combo. Otherwise, it is a very sleek case that works well for the price.

Cpu temps normally tops out at 55 degrees celsius
and GPU tops out at 65 degrees celsius

That's either running 3d Mark, cinebench or Overwatch at highest possible settings all the way thru.
room temps are usually around 25-30 degrees celsius so at idle temps goes around 27-29 degrees.

Over clocking your gpu is easy and safe l. I’m less than 16 and I OCd my cpu and gpu on custom watercooling. At least do your gpu because I’m msi afterburner it is really hard to screw up because the sliders are limited. On gpus you can crank the voltage slider if you need. CPUs are easy to screw up on and destroy if you aren’t careful, but most motherboards have an auto overclocking utility in the bios. There are also programs in Windows now that you can use to overclock. I imagin those would be pretty hard to screw up.

Age isn’t really all important in hobbies. Many kids could easily out do many of the people here, but can’t pay for a pc themselves. Also, I pretty much just render some stuff for fun with my cpu and play csgo with my 560 ti. As for ocing my ideology is to copy the OC’s most people get and see if they are stable and tweak in small increments from there if I have to go higher or lower on frequency and voltages.

Yeah, i just don't know where to start, as many guys advise not to cranck the GPU power slider up to max at once, (as far as iv'e understood) bu i do get if we gonna have a higher clock speed and frequency, wee need to apply more power aswell :)

What psu do you have? it should be just fine. I recommend searching YouTube for a tutorial using msi afterburner. It works with all cards even ones that aren't msi.
