My favourite has to be the power supply. Finding a PSU with an LED fan is surprisingly difficult.

My favourite item would have to be the Kühler 1250. Fans are always nice and I really should get a new PSU, but they're just not as exciting as liquid cooling (plus it just looks nicer than a big heatsink sticking out of the motherboard, in my opinion).
