4 $ for not original beats tour. IS this just some junk earphones with stickers on them or what? Some sell them for 14 $ (USD) and say that they are the best copys. My budget is ~15 USD

Don't shell out money for copies of Beats, even for $15 you can find some decent Sony earphones

Although this is not the absolute rule, but most of the time, you get what you paid for. Pay for steaks, and get steaks. Pay for salad, and, well, you get salad.

Don't worry about the budget, as long as you can keep in mind about the price range of the thing you wanna get, you should be fine. There are good $10 earphones out there, if you keep in mind that it's $10. Basically meaning you gotta keep your expectation to reality, i.e. don't expect a $10 earphone to sound like a $200 earphone.

You can get this one: http://www.amazon.com/Phrodi-Performance-Dynamic-Earphone-POD-200/dp/B00LGJMKVQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1413388968&sr=8-1 They got other colors. This is the IEM i'm using now. You might find it a bit harsh with the stock tips. Spare some more money, and get comply foam tips, if you want. It's more comfortable, and make it sound better.

Eh, while you're at it, why not suggest JHAudio's Roxanne?

no! those are too far above the budget! they are also not made by sennheiser, and they aren't on amazon.

What constitutes as 'far above the budget'? One would most probably say 50+ times the budget also constitutes as 'far above the budget'

Seems like you didn't get the sarcasm in the post though. Everybody got their own budget, and maybe financial situations. OP genuinely asking for help, asking if with what little budget he/she had, will he/she be able to get a good value earphone out of it. Suggesting something 50x the max budget certainly won't help the OP. If you have ever asked similar question yourself (asking about buying things with your specified budget), most likely you could take an educated guess of how it'd feel like if someone dropped the bomb of a suggestion 50x your budget.

$20 is nothing to put down on headphones.

$40-80 is low range.
