So this current build stands at around 1240 euros (don't know how much in USD)

MoBo: Asus-Z97I-PLUS-Intel-Z97-LGA-1150-mini-ITX

GPU: MSi GeForce GTX 770 Twin-Frozr IV Gaming OC 2048 MB

RAM: G.skill RipjawsX DDR3 1600 MHz 8gb 2x4gb

PSU: Corsair CX600W-V2 (Modular)

And then storage:

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO SSD 250 Gb 2.5'' SATA3 Basic retail

SSHD: Seagate desktop SSHD 2TB 7200 Rpm 8 gb SSD 3.5' SATA3 6 Gb/s

Get the 4790k instead of the 4770k and see if you can stretch the budget a but for GTX 970 unless the difference in price is quite significant

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

You can do better than a 770.

285/290/290X or even a 970 maybe?

If you want a 970 instead you're gonna be waiting because since they've launched I haven't seen them in stock.
