Need help with overclock for i7 4790k

Can anyone help me with this? i don't realy know how to do it but here are my pc specs,

 

 

Msi gaming 5 motherboard,

h100i cpu cooler

i7 4790k

I don't recommend using the exact numbers in the video, since you are using a newer revison than the one in the video.

However, the basic principles are still the same.
