Turtle Beach Z300 Isnt Turning On

Need help with headset:


Ok i was playing Arma 3 when my turtle beach said low battery, so i plugged in my charger, and then my usb transmitter shuts off, and my headset completely turns off, and now i cant turn it back on. I looked some places on the internet and it said if you have your mic running and you plug in the charger it will cause a flux in the power for a second and it will turn off. But in my case my headset won't turn on. I didnt have it plugged into anything and it shutdown without saying anything...
