go mechanical, but i like the razer death stalker may not be rgb but it does green really well.

The deathstalker is a chicklet style keyboard, it is like a laptop keyboard

The raptor k40 is a rubber-dome keyboard

 

I will recommend go for a mechanical kb, there are some good kb under $100

Unless you have a preference of laptop keys, get the Corsair.

Yes, but it doesn't have the same software as the k70 or k95, only allowing one color at once.
