I don't know who that is, so I take it as a neutral.

He's basically the boss of Formula 1, also called the F1 supremo. Nothing happens in F1 without his say so, due to him baing largely in charge of the broadcasting rights for it. However, he has also been in a spot of bother to do with bribery in Germany, which has resulted in him going to court over it. He paid "damages" for it and effectively paid off the judge IMO.

So basically, most stuff on this forum goes through you, but some May view it as you "bribing" others to get to where you are.
