Guys I want to be able to use the EXACT fittings that this system used for the main 5 block configuration, around the cpu, motherboard, and memory water blocks. I would love to know what kind of extension fittings hes using as the are the only ones i cant figure out.

My bad. I'm a little confused. You want to know what extension lengths you need?

so i would just need to get the male to female versions of thouse? how many would i need of each?

Male to female yes. What I would do is get all your stuff, buy one of each and then test fit it. Best way to make sure. He is just using a lot of right angles there. If you don't want to wait, you could just count in the video.
